To Irish Boy on our 10 year wedding anniversary:I am indeed the luckiest girl in the world to have met and married you. You are kind, caring, and attentive. You are funny, quirky, and yes, even a little bit weird at times. But you're mine. All mine. And I could not imagine anyone better to spend my life with.
In 10 years of marriage we've grown up a lot. We've celebrated together. We've grieved together. We've gotten through my Masters degree and your job layoffs. We said goodbye to your Mum together. We've taken road trips and been home bodies.
This past year dealing with all of the things that IF throws at a couple has been an eye opener for me. I've realized how brave you are. How selfless you are. How compassionate you are. I've realized that even if none of this works for us, having each other can be enough.
You are the love of my life, this day, all days. I love you. Happy 10th.

congrats! to many, many more. and you're right, having a strong relationship is an absolute necessary for getting through this (and i think many relationships come out stronger because of it) i'm so glad you have someone great.
